Can I keep my existing fax numbers?
Yes. We support full number porting from all major carriers and fax providers. Most ports complete within 1-2 weeks. We handle the paperwork and coordinate with your current provider so there's no interruption to your service.
How does the migration process work?
We assign you a dedicated onboarding specialist who handles everything: number porting coordination, API integration support, testing, and cutover planning. For enterprise accounts, we can run parallel systems during the transition.
What compliance certifications do you have?
We're HIPAA compliant and sign BAAs for healthcare customers. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Contact us for compliance documentation.
How long do you retain fax data?
Default retention is 90 days, but this is fully configurable. Enterprise accounts can set custom retention policies, enable auto-deletion, or extend retention for compliance requirements. You can also delete individual faxes at any time.
What's included in your SLA?
Enterprise accounts receive a 99.9% uptime SLA with service credits for any downtime. We maintain redundant infrastructure across multiple data centers. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 72 hours in advance.
How do volume discounts work?
Discounts kick in automatically based on monthly volume—no commitments required. The more you send, the less you pay per page. Contact us for a custom quote based on your expected volume.
What does enterprise support include?
Enterprise accounts get a dedicated account manager, priority ticket queue with 4-hour response SLA, and direct access to our engineering team for integration support. We also offer scheduled quarterly business reviews.
Can I manage multiple users and permissions?
Yes. You can add unlimited users with role-based access controls. Assign users to specific fax numbers, restrict sending capabilities, and maintain full audit trails of all activity. SSO integration available for enterprise accounts.
